The space of night is infinite,
The blackness and emptiness
Crossed only by thin bright fences
Of logic

Fri, 09/27/2019 - 8:00pm - 10:00pm

When: Friday Sept. 27; 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Explore the night sky with Great Swamp Watershed Association and North Jersey Astronomical Group (NJAG) for a very special evening event. The beautiful stars of the Big and Little Dippers as well as the constellations in the Summer Triangle will be on display in the night sky. Early on, you should be able to see Saturn, but as the sky darkens star clusters, nebulae, and perhaps even some galaxies will be visible if the weather is clear enough.

We will also hopefully witness the sounds and sights of late night wildlife at  the Great Swamp Watershed Association HQ at 568 Tempe Wick Rd., Morristown, NJ

This event is weather permitting – Please be sure to check for updates closer to the event. Tickets are limited.

The event is free (donation to GSWA suggested) but registration is required, see: https://www.greatswamp.org
