June NJAG Meeting

Stan HondaThe NJAG program on Tuesday June 10 at 8:15 PM in CELS 110 and by Zoom will feature astrophotographer Stan Honda (AAA) speaking on "In The Firmament: Sky and Landscape". He takes a photographic look at the night sky and the relationship to the landscapes we stand on. Images from wilderness and urban settings will be shown in the context of preserving our view of the sky. His photos have been selected nine times as NASA’s Astronomy Picture of the Day.

As always, the presentation portion of our meeting will be free and open to the public, so if you know of someone that may be interested, bring them along either in person, or virtually via Zoom.

 

Monthly meetings are held at Montclair State University, in the Center for Environmental and Life Sciences or CELS Building, Room 110. This is located off the large lounge area at the back of the building. Room 110 is on your left.
