The April meeting of the North Jersey Astronomical Group (NJAG) will feature guest speaker Chris Mauro. His presentation will be "The Saros Cycle of Eclipses." This presentation is free and open to the public.

Monthly meetings of the NJAG have been moved to the second Tuesday of the month at 8:00 pm.

Note: the NJAG's February meeting will be held at the County College of Morris.

THERE WILL BE NO AUGUST MEETING OF NJAG.

On Tuesday, July 12, 2022 the North Jersey Astronomical Group (NJAG) will meet at 7:30 PM on Zoom and feature guest speaker Dr. Mary Lou West. Dr. West will give a presentation on her research on the ionosphere, the Earth's upper atmosphere. Her talk is “Ham Radio Data Shows Waves in the Ionosphere.”

The June meeting of the North Jersey Astronomical Group (NJAG) will feature guest speaker Ron Wilcox on “The Sun, The Earth, and The Magnetosphere.”

The December meeting of the North Jersey Astronomical Group (NJAG) will be held online. Our speaker will be John Sichel from Amateur Astronoemrs Inc. (AAI). He will speak about "Animal Astronomy" and tell us about birds, bats, and whales who migrate using the stars and the Earth's magnetic field.
